274TailorSteel sells production site Langenau

1530 Real Estate has advised 247TailorSteel on the sale of its new location of approximately 18,490 m² at Carl-Zeiss-Strasse 22 in Langenau, Germany. The new location on the A7 between Stuttgart and Munich provides 247TS with their European expansion. In addition to Oyten and Hilden, this is the 3rd production location from which they will supply their customers in Southern Germany and Austria.

The buyer, Catella Real Estate AG is acquiring this commercial property for its investment fund “Catella Logistik Deutschland Plus”.

The object will be leased back for a longer term by 247TailorSteel as part of a sale-and-lease-back transaction. The property totals approximately 18,490 sqm and is divided into production and warehouse space (16,622 sqm), office and social space (1,733 sqm) and 145 parking spaces on a 36,757 sqm site.
