1530 Real Estate sells business complex in Katwijk on behalf of private investor

A private investor has sold the business complex located at Lageweg 36 and Nijverheidsstraat 18 in Katwijk to Vybros Capital Partners. Vybros is a dynamic investment fund with a long-term horizon.

The complex is located on the ‘t Heen business park in Katwijk and has a total business area of 19,514 sqm, located on a plot of 28,827 sqm.
Vybros will house its portfolio company Romonta in Katwijk.

Romonta, like its sisters Stumaco and Intocon, is active in mechanical engineering for the food industry. Thanks to the purchase, Romonta will triple its capacity and serve its customers even more optimally.

Romonta will optimally exploit the business complex. As a result, the unused parts of the business complex will be offered for sale/rent again.
