1530 Real Estate seeks real estate advisor Industrial & Logistics

The function

The work consists of buying/selling and renting/leasing new and existing objects in the industrial and logistics sector. In order to find the right user or investor, you will proactively talk to the various market parties and you will not have a wait-and-see attitude. As soon as the opportunity arises, you guide transactions from A to Z. Furthermore, you are able to point out to building owners the distinctive features when leasing and/or disposing of real estate. In addition, you can guide groups like no other during a viewing, conduct commercial negotiations, structure data rooms, make IMs and draw up and negotiate contracts, etc.

Function requirements

You are a team player;
You have affinity with the commercial real estate market, experience in the logistics and industrial real estate market is a plus;
Minimum of 3 years relevant, work experience;
You guarantee quality and deadlines and are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining an overview;
You are enterprising, assertive and have good commercial insight;
You have a minimum of hbo work and thinking level;
You are accurate and precise in your work;
You have an excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint and a good command of the English language (oral + written);
You have a drivers license B.
