1530 Real Estate hires iconic location for WeWork in Amsterdam

Following the recent acquisition on Amsterdam South Axis, WeWork is opening its fourth and largest location in Amsterdam city centre.
The iconic Herenstaete building at Herengracht 206-216 will be completely redeveloped with a beautiful design by Cruz y Ortiz Architects, known from the Rijksmuseum and the Metropolitano-stadium in Madrid. WeWork rents the entire Herenstaete building of approx. 6,000 m².
