1530 Real Estate facilitates long-term lease renewal in Hoofddorp

1530 Real Estate has advised a fund managed by Fidelity International on the conclusion of a long-term lease renewal for approximately 3,130 sq m of office space and 64 parking spaces, located at Taurusavenue 143 in Hoofddorp.

The building, with a total floor area of approximately 4,465 sq m, was originally developed in 2012 as a built-to-suit project for the tenant. Following this renewal, the property will be converted into a multi-tenant building.

The property already holds an energy label A+. As part of the renewal, tenant and landlord have agreed on additional sustainability measures. Conventional lighting will be replaced with LED lighting, and the feasibility of installing a PV system on the roof is being explored. With these initiatives, both parties are taking a joint step towards a future-proof and energy-efficient working environment.
