1530 Real Estate assists with leasing Divisiedok 2 in Nieuwegein

1530 Real Estate, in collaboration with CBRE Netherlands, has assisted CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) with the leasing of over 32,250 m² of logistics space in the Divisiedok 2 distribution center in Nieuwegein.

CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) has signed a long-term lease agreement with the Dutch State for this purpose. The location will be used by the Clothing and Personal Equipment Company (KPU-bedrijf) on behalf of the Ministry of Defense.

This agreement gives the Ministry of Defense access to a modern, high-quality logistics distribution center that is optimally suited to the KPU company’s operational activities.
