1530 Real Estate assists EDMOND DE ROTHSCHILD REIM in new deal

Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management has acquired a modern logistics building on the Hessenpoort business park in Zwolle. The building at Siegenstraat 5 includes a modern last-mile business space and is located on a logistics hotspot along the A28-A37 corridor.

The plot of approximately 12,500 sqm, with a total surface area of approximately 6,500 sqm l.f.a., is fully leased to Blubase, a subsidiary of Esdec Companies.

During the transaction, Edmond de Rothschild REIM was advised by n/p notarial partners (legal), 1530 Real Estate (commercial) and Savills (technical). The seller has been advised by Cushman & Wakefield (commercial) and Arslan & partners lawyers (legal).
