1530 Real Estate assists ConDoor Holding in the sale of commercial properties

1530 Real Estate has assisted ConDoor Holding B.V. with the sale of two commercial properties in Emmen and Zeewolde to Exeter Property Group. The property at Handelsweg in Zeewolde has a floor area of 17,562 m² and the property at Edisonstraat in Emmen has a floor area of 14,881 m². Both properties have been let on a long-term basis to ConDoor Holding B.V.

The properties will be part of the Exeter European Logistics Core Fund which has recently started investing next to the Exeter European Value Fund.
