1530 Real Estate accompanies 247TailorSteel to two new locations.

In a short period of time, 247TailorSteel has rented two new locations due to their drive to expand in the Netherlands and Belgium. In addition to the four existing locations, they have signed two longterm leases in:

📍Oud-Gastel (approx. 24,000 m²) developed by Dudok Real Estate,
📍 Roeselare (Belgium) (approx. 19,000 m²) developed by Vulsteke Bedrijfsgebouwen.

247TailorSteel has been active in the sheet metal processing industry for over 15 years. 247TailorSteel supplies custom laser-cut sheet and tube material with a delivery time of up to 48 hours. Today thousands of customers use the online 247TailorSteel portal called “Sophia”, to order custom cut metal sheets, tubes and bending parts.

The relatively young company is going to experience enormous growth within Europe, with 1530 Real Estate assisting them with this housing issue. With two locations in Germany and the first in Belgium, the road is paved for them to move further into Europe, with the initial focus on three additional locations in Germany and one in Austria.
