JLL advises Borghese Logistics in collegial cooperation with 1530 Real Estate on the leasing of 18,750 sqm warehouse on business park Trekkersveld III in Zeewolde. 

This high-end logistic development is located at Fabricageweg 10-12 and has been long term leased. 

This high-end logistics development consists of business and office space, and has been developed by Borghese Logistics. Tristan Capital Partners purchased the property on behalf of the long-life core plus fund, CCP 5 LL, with operating partner ARC Real Estate Partners. 

Business park Trekkersveld III is a large-scale business park just outside of Zeewolde. The site is easily accessible due to its central location and direct connection to the connecting road between Almere and Harderwijk.
