VDG Real Estate has sold two warehouses totalling over 32,000 m² in Nijmegen to Granite: a Canadian real estate investor specialising in industrial real estate in North America and Europe.

It concerns a property of approximately 14,000 m2 at Beurtvaartweg 2-4 and a property of over 18,200 m2 at Sprengenweg 1-2. The two neighbouring properties are located on the ‘Haven- en Industrieterrein’ in Nijmegen, an area of over 130 hectares with an excellent multimodal infrastructure: a direct connection to the A15 and A50 motorways and a terminal on the Waal and Maas-Waal.
