DC Manzana is a state-of-the-art distribution center of approximately 32,000 sq m GFA, located at the Stichtsekant business park in Almere. The development is situated on a plot of more than 40,000 sq m and comprises approximately 26,700 sq m of warehouse space, 1,700 sq m of office space, and 3,500 sq m of mezzanine. The property features 25 loading docks, a clear height of 12.2 meters, and approximately 220 parking spaces.
The distribution center is long-term leased to Mascot Online B.V. and is being developed with a strong focus on sustainability. Upon completion, the property will achieve a BREEAM-Excellent certification.
Strategic location
The development is located at Business Park Stichtsekant 3, directly adjacent to the A27 motorway, with fast connections to the A1 and A6. The site is in close proximity to Amsterdam, Schiphol Airport, the Port of Amsterdam, and various rail and inland shipping terminals. This further strengthens Almere’s position as an important logistics hub within the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area.
