1530 Real Estate advises on the sale of business complex on Spaanse Polder in Rotterdam

URBZ Capital, on behalf of Ivanhoe Cambridge, has purchased a business complex located at Schuttevaerweg 22, Amstelstraat 11 and Vlaardingweg 63-65 on the Spaanse Polder industrial estate in Rotterdam. It involves a sale and leaseback transaction.

It concerns three buildings of in total approximately 19,000 sqm of business/office space and is situated on a plot of over 28,000 sqm. URBZ Capital intends to further renovate the buildings in the coming years into a modern and sustainable last mile hub.

URBZ Capital focuses on creating CO2-neutral and socially attractive last-mile urban real estate in key cities in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Scandinavia.

The seller was advised commercially by 1530 Real Estate and legally by Wilnis House advocacy and VBC notaries. The buyer was legally advised by AKD Benelux lawyers.
