1530 Real Estate advises on sale and leaseback transaction for Bolderweg 7 in Almere

1530 Real Estate assisted Huub en Heurman B.V. with the purchase of the commercial property located at Bolderweg 5-7 and Remmingweg 6A to 8E in Almere. The seller will continue to lease the property for an extended period under a sale and leaseback arrangement. The modern commercial property has a total surface area of approximately 6,050 m². The property is being purchased for Huub en Heurman‘s 16th Fund: HH Licht Industrieel Vastgoed. Ringstate B.V. assisted the seller.
