1530 Real Estate advises Focus Real Estate on the sale of Axalta Refinish headquarters in Tiel

1530 Real Estate has advised Focus Real Estate commercially on the sale of the headquarters of Axalta Refinish Nederland to ARAB Bank Switzerland.

The head office is located at Bedrijvenpark Medel, a logistics hotspot in Tiel. This location has its own container terminal on the Amsterdam Rhine Canal and the park has direct access to the A15 motorway. The plot comprises approx. 12,000 m² on which approx. 7,000 m² of office, training centre and warehouse space, including a section with PGS-15 storage, has been constructed with 115 parking spaces and is leased for a long period to Axalta Coatings Benelux B.V. The building was designed by Palazzo Architects and built by Aan de Stegge Twello.

A purchase price was not disclosed by the parties.

The buyer received legal assistance from Allen & Overy LLP, technically from SGS Search and commercially from Savills Investment management which also takes care of the asset management. Seller received legal assistance from Weebers Vastgoed Advocaten N.V. and commercial by 1530 Real Estate.
