In connection with the acquisition of a real estate portfolio by Edmond de Rothschild, 1530 Real Estate provided commercial advisory services and Q⋅G⋅M provided legal advice. The seller was commercially advised by Bossers & Fitters Bedrijfshuisvesting B.V., technically advised by DHVM Vastgoedmanagement and SGS Search, and legally assisted by LXA Advocaten.

The portfolio comprises 4 properties located in Hengelo, Drachten and Nijmegen. All properties are fully let on long-term leases to NTS Group. The portfolio consists of the following assets: Scholtenlaan 1 in Drachten, Granaatstraat 21 in Hengelo, Transistorweg 8 in Nijmegen and Opaalstraat 31 in Hengelo.
