1530 Real Estate advises Ebbinge on the acquisition of an office in Amsterdam

OVG (EDGE Technologies) has signed a lease contract with Ebbinge for approx. 750 m² in the EDGE Olympic office building on the Amsterdam Zuidas.

Ebbinge will move here at the end of May. As a tenant, they can make use of a wide range of flexible workspaces in which users feel comfortable and can perform optimally, and which are suitable for all forms of work.

EDGE Olympic, which stands where Olympic Plaza first stood, has – by literally building on the existing construction – been designed in such a way that the impact on the environment is kept to a minimum. As part of this circular strategy, EDGE Technologies has reused the existing materials as much as possible. With this new generation of smart buildings, EDGE Technologies aims to respond to the rapidly growing demand for healthy and intelligently designed office spaces.
