1530 Real Estate recently advised Urban Industrial on the conclusion of a lease agreement with Crisp, the fast growing app-only supermarket for fresh food. Crisp chose the custom location of Urban Industrial in the western port area of Amsterdam, the Plimsollweg 4 in Amsterdam.
Urban Industrial bought this building at the beginning of May 2020 and renovated the entire building, consisting of approximately 10,000 sq.m. warehouse space and approximately 350 sq.m. office space. Due to its convenient location near the Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station and its direct proximity to the A10 ring road, the building is extremely suitable for city distribution and last mile delivery.
