1530 advises private investor with sale of 7,300 sqm to Arrow

1530 Real Estate has advised a private investor with the sale of an industrial and logistics property in Utrecht, with a size of approximately 7,300 m². The building is strategically located at De Wetering-Noord next to the A2. The building has been purchased by Arrow Capital Partners. This is Arrow’s first acquisition in Utrecht for its industrial platform.
