1530 Real Estate has assisted real estate company AB Sagax Nederland with the purchase of a large-scale business complex located at Veemweg 17-35 in Barneveld.
The property consists of almost 7,200 m² of industrial and office space on a plot of almost 12,000 m² and is situated in a perfect location along the A1 national highway near Barneveld. The business complex is divided over 3,533 m² warehouse and the office space consists of a total of 3,652 m² and is divided over 5 towers. The entire complex is fully leased to two listed companies.
The seller, a private investor, has been advised by ActiVast Bedrijfshuisvesting and the buyer, Sagax has been advised by 1530 Real Estate.
