1530 REal Estate assists with leasing Together AI on behalve of The Collection

The Collection has signed a lease agreement with Together AI for approximately 651 m² of office space in the office building located at Weteringschans 85 in Amsterdam. The new location offers Together AI an inspiring work environment that aligns with the growth ambitions of the fast-growing technology company.

Together AI is an international AI platform company focused on accelerating the adoption of generative AI. The company offers a so-called ‘AI-native cloud’, enabling developers and organizations to build, train, fine-tune, and run (inference) AI models.

With the arrival of Together AI, The Collection strengthens its position as a leading provider of high-quality office space with shared facilities in prime locations in Amsterdam.

Landlord The Collection was commercially advised by 1530 Real Estate during this process. Tenant Together AI was advised by JLL during this transaction.
