POM Amsterdam moves to office building De Kade in Amsterdam Overamstel

Tesselschade Development B.V. has signed a lease agreement with POM Amsterdam of approximately 650 m² on the 1st floor of office building De Kade. After a careful installation period with a beautiful end result, the brand officially moved into the new space in early January 2025. The clothing brand POM Amsterdam, founded by sisters Liesbeth and Violet Lotgering, is known for its unique hand-painted prints and feminine designs. The collections combine contemporary designs with striking colors and surprising details, establishing a unique signature within the fashion world. POM Amsterdam was looking for a larger and inspiring space that would perfectly match its vision and ambition. An important wish was to combine a showroom for business clients and a modern office space in one location. The new space offers plenty of opportunities for creativity, collaboration and further growth. 1530 Real Estate advised POM Amsterdam in the search for the new office space.
