Hoorne Vastgoed closes two new long-term leases for Nobelweg 2/James Wattstraat 71 in Amsterdam

Mokum Pool & Darts B.V. and Oostergym have recently signed long-term leases with Hoorne Vastgoed for an industrial building at Nobelweg 2/James Wattstraat 71 in Amsterdam.
This means that the building, with a total lettable area of approximately 2,600 m², will be fully leased by February 1, 2025.

The building is strategically located near Amsterdam Amstel Station and in the middle of ‘Knowledge Mile’, the city’s education and knowledge cluster.
This location offers not only a dynamic working environment close to the city center, but also excellent public transport connections.

The area around the property is characterized by a mix of renowned companies such as Philips, Delta Lloyd and Rabobank, in addition to colleges, training centers and student housing.
