JCDecaux moves to KBF Warehouse in Amsterdam Overamstel

Timeless Investments has signed a lease agreement with JCDecaux for approximately 700 sqm on the 4th floor of KBF Warehouse. The lease commenced in January 2025, making JCDecaux the first tenant in this recently renovated and sustainable building.

KBF Warehouse comprises approximately 7,000 sqm of office space and is part of the historic complex De Kauwgomballenfabriek (KBF), which has been transformed into a modern and inspiring office space, primarily aimed at creative businesses. The building, located in the emerging Kauwgomballenkwartier in Amsterdam, combines historical elements with a contemporary design.

JCDecaux is worldwide market leader in outdoor advertising, specializing in street furniture, transport advertising, and billboard advertising. The Paris Proof-certified KBF Warehouse aligns perfectly with JCDecaux’s sustainability ambitions and the need for a space that fosters creativity and growth.
