Stek Advocaten has leased approx. 1,855 sq.m. office space in the iconic Hirsch building in Amsterdam city centre.
This is the entire 2nd floor above the Apple Store. The Hirsch building is located in the heart of Amsterdam on the Leidseplein.
Stek is an independent Dutch law firm and helps its clients achieve their legal objectives in the areas of corporate law, financial law, dispute resolution and competition & regulated markets.

1530 Real Estate advised Stek with this lease and also realized a successful re-letting of the former Stek space (approx. 1,100 m²) in the Prins&Keizer building on the Vijzelstraat in Amsterdam. CBRE represented the interests of owner, Executive Property Hirsch B.V.
