Edmond de Rothschild REIM bought a industrial building on Rutherfordweg 75 in Utrecht from a private investor.
The long-term leased industrial building with a large outdoor area, built in 1996, is located on the Lage Weide business park in Utrecht. The total comprises three small business spaces, one of which has been transformed into a showroom and office. The total lettable floor area covers 2,100 m² on a plot of almost 11,000 m². With the purchase of this property, the portfolio comprises 15 properties.
