ASUS Europe moves to new office in Amsterdam

DUTCH RE has entered into a lease transaction with ASUS Europe on behalf of Zweiundfünstigste IFH geschlossener Immobilienfonds.
It concerns a long-term lease transaction of approx. 1,321 sq.m. office space in the AHTC building at Paasheuvelweg 25 in Amsterdam Zuid Oost. The AHTC building houses all kinds of start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs and listed companies from the health and technology industry. ASUS (Europe) manufactures products in virtually every conceivable category of information technology, including PC components and peripherals, notebooks, tablets, servers and smartphones.
