ARC RE Partners and Tristan Capital acquired Fermiweg 41-43 Utrecht

In December, ARC Real Estate Partners and Tristan Capital have acquired a logistics asset in Utrecht at the Fermiweg 41-43 from a group of private investors.
The property consist of approx. 8,000 sq m warehouse space and 1,300 sq m of office space.

The building is longterm leased to HB RTS whit their activities in rental, cleaning, returns and management of packaging and load carriers.
