1530 Real Estate advises on the sale of ten XL business units in Amstelveen

1530 Real Estate advised Today Real Estate Development on the sale of ten XL business units in the new Layers XL development in Amstelveen. The units, with a total surface area of ​​4,864 sqm GFA, were sold to Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management.

Layers Development Amstelveen, located on the De Loeten business park, comprises a total of fifty business units. The separate building with ten Layers XL units will be added to Edmond de Rothschild’s multi-let industrial portfolio. The units will be developed according to the highest construction standards, will be completely gas-free and equipped with solar panels.

This transaction underlines the shared vision of Edmond de Rothschild and Today Real Estate Development in the multi-let light industrial segment. Both parties intend to continue this collaboration in future projects.
