1530 Real Estate advises on office lease in renovated ‘The Lobby Amsterdam’

‘The Lobby Amsterdam’ is located in Amsterdam Buitenveldert, a stone’s throw from the Zuidas and the ring road of Amsterdam. The building offers a perfect balance between accessibility and comfort, with the Amsterdamse Bos and the luxurious Gelderlandplein shopping centre in the immediate vicinity.

After successful establishments in Rijswijk, Woerden, Den Bosch and Tilburg, the innovative office concept ‘The Lobby’ is now expanding further to Amsterdam. The building is undergoing a further renovation under the architecture of RoosRos Architects and will be given an extra floor.
