The business complex at Mindenstraat 5 in Zwolle has been sold by a group of private investors to a foreign institutional investor.
The purchased property consists of approx. 2,712 sqm, of which 854 sqm is office space, and has a spacious paved outdoor area with 117 parking spaces. The property is fully leased to TNT Express Nederland B.V., part of FedEx.
During this transaction the buyer was advised by Uijthoven Vastgoedadvies and legally assisted by Osborne Clarke. The sellers were advised during the transaction by 1530 Real Estate and legally by Core Notariaat.
